Any policy admin can export to your accounting integration, but the Preferred Exporter can be chosen to automate certain steps. You set this role within the Configure settings for each integration:

QuickBooks Online:

Xero:

Sage Intacct:

The Preferred Exporter:

  1. Is the user who Concierge performs all automated exports on behalf of.
  2. Is the only user who will see reports awaiting export in their Inbox
  3. Must be Domain Admin if you have set individual GL accounts for Company Card export
  4. Must be a Domain Admin if this is the Preferred Policy for any Expensify Card domain using Automatic Reconciliation.
