Changing from SSO to Token Based Authentication Issue

Hello, we are having an issue setting up token based authentication. When we try entering the info with token ID and token secret, we get the following error.
Everything is updated in NS (it's currently running 1.9.2 bundle). Can anyone advise?

I think this will be a lot easier to troubleshoot via Concierge -- can you reach out to [email protected], so we can take a closer look? There's likely an issue with the configuration for your token.
