Bill.com Integration

I've been having trouble with the Bill.com and Expensify integration. I am trying to set one up, and both the Bill.com link and the Expensify link are broken (they send me to expired websites). Is anyone else having trouble with this? Thanks!

@JillExpensifyUser where are you seeing the broken links?

When I try to connect via Bill.com, it says that it is connected. When I ty to type in my username and token into Expensify, it says that my credentials were rejected by Bill.com (I am certain I'm typing in the correct credentials!).

Please try this:
- Generate a new token in Bill.com. This can be done under Settings > Apps > Tokens. FYI, the token will only be displayed once (at the time the token is generated), it is not possible to reveal the token in Bill.com after that point.
- Copy the token name and token, and paste them into Expensify in the Bill.com connection pane (under Connections > Bill.com > Connect to Bill.com).

Thank you for your help, but for some reason I'm still getting an error message from Expensify that reads "Your credentials were rejected by Bill.com, please make sure they are correct and try again."
Since this is a 3-way connection with Quickbooks, do we need to use the same token and password as the Bill.com/Quickbooks integration?

Oh, you're doing the QBO connection with Bill.com? Do you already have QBO connected? As a note, you might want to reach out to [email protected] for more help with this, so we can look at the setup directly.
