Expensify INSTEAD of bank feeds?

I have a Bank of America card and an AmEx card. Both are connected to Quickbooks Online and are auto-reporting. I prefer the interface of Expensify and can do manual or monthly reporting. The question: Should I disconnect my bank accounts entirely in QBO? If I do that, my clients won't be able to pay on-line, correct? Any other issues that I might not be thinking of?

Do you have the feeds also connected to Expensify?
