New reports for March are not automatically generating for each account. We have never experienced this problem before. EX: Charlie has several purchases for March but has no open report.
Hi @Charlie_Courtney - welcome to the Community! I had a look into your account and am seeing that Concierge is creating new Reports for your Policy.
If you are seeing any odd behaviour, please feel free to write into [email protected], and our team can investigate further. We do have access to a limited set of logs, so we might be able to ascertain if there were any changes made by an Admin.
