New Reports are not Generating Automatically

New reports for March are not automatically generating for each account. We have never experienced this problem before. EX: Charlie has several purchases for March but has no open report.

    Hi @Charlie_Courtney - welcome to the Community! I had a look into your account and am seeing that Concierge is creating new Reports for your Policy.

    If you are seeing any odd behaviour, please feel free to write into, and our team can investigate further. We do have access to a limited set of logs, so we might be able to ascertain if there were any changes made by an Admin.
