Just want to track all expenses and mileage

I’m an entrepreneur and currently do three different things. My accountant wants me to track all my expenses by company for tax purposes. I don’t want to have three different accounts, but would like to see if I can create three different tracking within the one app? Also does this app track mileage? Example, I might have some expenses related to two or even all three business ventures on any given day.
