Download Listing of Reports or Expenses
Hello I'm trying to download a report in excel or csv that shows users (name or email), date, and reports submitted. I would like to use this report to identify active and inactive users.

Another thing you can do is have the billing owner check the active users under Settings > Account > Payments > Active Users. This will give you a list of emails of users who were active each month (activity is defined by report actions such as creating, editing, submitting, approving, reimbursing, exporting a report). You could then copy+paste them into a spreadsheet program and find a list of unique users, then use that to clean up your policy/domain.
This might potentially be easier than exporting reports since with the export method you'd have to export all reports created this year which could take a while.

Hi @LJoy! You can probably use a custom export for this. I'm not sure what you mean by "active" and "inactive" users, though. Can you elaborate?

Thank you Ariel! Active and inactive are probably the wrong terms. We have not cleared formed employees from our account and before we start deleting profiles want to make sure we're not missing anything. So looking to run a report that shows all the employees that have submitted a report in 2021. I think the custom export page should be the answer to this!
