Sage Intacct - Missing entity

We have 3 entities setup in Intacct. 2 are US based and 1 overseas. When connecting Intacct to Expesify we are able to see the two US entity but not the 1 overseas.

Is there a special setting we need to enable to allow the 3 entity to appear in the locations dropdown list?
