What do you do when the email/chat support doesn't help with an issue?

I can see that Concierge recently provided steps for you to resolve the issue and we are yet to receive a response from you indicating whether these steps were successful. I would definitely recommend trying those steps and letting Concierge know how you got on. Please let me know if things don't progress for you and I'll take another look.
