Expenses no longer show as "Reimbursed".

Since November 2020, expenses that I have already been reimbursed for still show as "Approved" instead of "Reimbursed", which was the case up until that time. Did anything change on the Expensify side, or are my payroll folks doing something different and perhaps missing a step?

    Hi @amoll!

    Nothing has changed in terms of our report states. It sounds like your reports are being approved and reimbursed outside of Expensify, but the status of the report isn't being updated.

    This is really more of an admin/approver question, so if you need a resolution here, I recommend asking your approver to reach out to concierge@expensify.com.
