NetSuite Reimbursement "Paid in Full" is not showing as reimbursed in Expensify

As we are setting up our integration with NetSuite everything worked fine, however after we paid a reimbursement Expensify has not updated to show as reimbursed. Is there a way to do this automatically rather than mannually?
