How do I downgrade to a free policy?

    Hi @CooperB - welcome to the Community! I had a look into your account and you should be able to downgrade to a free account by navigating to Settings, then Policies, then Group and selecting this option:

    Once you're on Pay-per-use, you can click on the Settings cog. (on the right hand side of your Policy) and delete it.
