Auto tag cost centers to employee

Hello there, I would like to check if the cost center will be applied automatically for the employee by means of a set up or if it is a manual entry? Or does Expensify remember the last cost center used by the employee (ie I will only need to tag the cost center once). FYI, I have created the cost center under the Tags.

Hi @SS123 - welcome to the Community! That's a great question - I know that some fields in Expensify are "sticky", such as the Category field. I believe the Tag field isn't sticky though.
You can actually choose how you want to map the cost centers, via the Coding page of your Connection settings:
If you were to map to a Report Field, this would be sticky - meaning the user selects the Cost Center and it'd be applied the next time a new Report is created. Hope that helps!
