How do I cancel my annual subscription?

I cannot work out how to cancel my annual subscription and close the account. I have a new job which doesn't require me to keep track of expenses. I've searched the help guide. Which no longer seems to correlate with the application. I tried messaging but there's always 'something wrong' and the message is not sent.

Please help.

Hi @Viorica - it looks like your subscription is due to end in October. This means that on the 1st of November, you'll be able to make the switch to Pay-per-use and delete your Group Policy. Hope that helps!
