Netsuite Token Setup

Hello,
I'm trying to create an access token in Netsuite so I can connect to Expensify. The instructions in the how-to guide said I need to choose Expensify in the Role dropdown when I create the Token, but no such role exists. The only role I'm able to choose is Netsuite Support.
We double checked the installation of the Expensify bundle and all of the permissions look right. What do I do?

Troubleshooting a connection setup can be a bit difficult via the Community, especially since we may need you to share screenshots from your NetSuite instance to help you along. In these cases, I recommend reaching out to con[email protected] so we can engage in a 1:1 message with you.

Thanks for responding @John Schuster but I have tried to reach out to the concierge and it's a bit frustrating. Responses take a while and it wasn't able to solve my issue before I had to move on to a meeting. Is there any way to schedule a video call where I can share my screen? My Netsuite consultant is even willing to hop on and help, but I'm just not getting anywhere with Concierge.
