Expensify sync manager does not install or run

Hello,
I downloaded Expensify sync manager to connect my Quickbooks to Expensify but when I download it, it doesn't seem to install or run. Any ideas? I'm going to troubleshoot this via the community since I feel this is very common problem and I wasn't able to find a definitive answer to my problem. I'm running QB locally on my laptop and so, I want to run Expensify sync manager there as well.

@ScottJordan can you please provide more context? I.e error messages, what happens when you click "Retry", or "Sync now".
This would be a use case to work directly with Concierge so we can look at the QB log file, and the specific error messages when syncing your policy. Can you please email [email protected], or live chat from within Expensify?

Unfortunately, nothing really happens. It downloads and starts to run the installation process, then nothing. I feel it's an installation issue but I'll contact Concierge.
