Cannot connect NetSuite into Expensify: Account permission issue

Hello,
I am trying to connect between NetSuite and Expensify. I configured everything exactly as mentioned in the 'How to: Connect your policy to NetSuite' use guide:
After setup everything in Expensify (Account ID, Token ID & Secret ID), I refreshed the connection, but I'm getting an error message that: 'Permissions error encountered when querying NetSuite for Account'.
Under my 'Expensify integration token based' role, I checked the permissions - Lists, and found that I have the accounts view permissions.
What is the issue here? Why I can't connect between Expensify and NetSuite?

Hi @urielp,
Welcome!
Can I ask you to up the permission to 'Full'?
Can I also ask if you have the latest bundle installed?
Cheers!

Hi, thanks for your prompt reply:
The permission are now 'Full', but I'm still getting the same error message...
I am using the latest version of the bundle (1.9.3)
What else could be configured incorrectly?

OK, it might be that there's a problem with the access token you've generated.
Can we try these steps again?
2C. Create Access Tokens
- Global search for page: tokens
- New Access Token
- Select the application Expensify (this must be the original Expensify integration from the bundle and will not have an application ID) and the role Expensify Integration, then press save.
- Copy/Paste the token ID and token secret to a saved location on your computer. This is the only time you will see these.

THANKS!!!!
It works now. What happend?
I tried this several times (to generate additional token ID etc.) but it didn't help... Did you do something from your end?

That's great news!
No change on our side. The access token step can go wrong, so it's always worth giving it another shot!
Best of luck configuring your NetSuite instance.
