Old Expenses are re-appearing in new reports

We have had several instances of expenses from 2018 showing up on current reports. Most recent has nice expenses from November of 2018 appearing on a report ending June 24, 2021. The report date reads November 1, 2018 - June 24, 2021. The 2018 expenses were approved back in 2018. How can I stop this from happening?

This may be due to having Scheduled Submit enabled. If expenses contain any violations, they will not be automatically submitted and will be held back and placed onto a new report. However, it would be best to take a look at some specific examples, so I would suggest writing into [email protected] or chatting with Concierge from the Expensify site or app and including some specific reports where you have noticed this happening.
