Account set up

I had apparently created an account some weeks ago with my work email, which is what I need to set up this account. Today, weeks later, forgetting I had done that, I entered my personal email. Now I don't really know what to do as this account needs to be linked to my company, Calibrate, and my work email, in order to use for business purposes only.

What can I do to fix this? Thank you,
