I can not find the reports tab to initiate this process.

On the mobile app or on the website? It shouldn't be too difficult to locate the reports tab either way, but if you could specify your access device that would help.
On the web, it's just on the left-hand sidebar of the web page after you log in. If you're using a mobile app, it may be slightly different depending on your device type.
