Does anyone have a phone number to reach Expensify?
We were acquired by a large F500 company and I am working on onboarding expensify in their procurement systems. One of the required fields is phone number and I can't find any expensify phone number anywhere.
Concierge has been rude and not helpful at all. Worst service ever.
Thank you for responding. To clarify, I am not looking to cancel. I am trying to onboard expensify as a vendor in their procurement system.
FWIW, I tried to cancel post acquisition and expensify concierge wouldn't approve early cancellation. We have to be a customer for the rest of the contract term. So I am trying to onboard expensify in the new company's procurement system so we can pay expensify.
Absolute worst customer service ever.
