Updating Category Rules via Spreadsheet
Hi, I'm following the instructions to update the category rules - I've exported the category rules to .csv, edited the file to make the description required for each category, but the upload isn't working. Is there a trick to completing the upload?

Will you let me know if you're running into a specific error message when attempting this upload? Or, after you attempt this, does your screen timeout - aka nothing really happens?

Yes - nothing really happens. It seems like it should be bringing up another screen but it doesn't pop up.

At this point, I'd like someone from our support team actually test out importing your spreadsheet into your account.
