Today I no longer see my personalized categories on my iPhone. I see them on the web, not phone

...also on my phone it says I am on a free trial???? When I scan them on my phone they make it to the web site, just uncategorized

I think it's best that you send a message to [email protected] or use our in-app chat function, that way we can discuss the details around your account. I wonder if you're using the correct policy when uploading expenses. And it does say that you are on a free trial, but if you wish to change this, I suggest contacting Concierge directly.
