Okta integration not working

We've successfully configured the SCIM adapter for Expensify in Okta, however, the deactivation feature appears to be not working.
We have followed the steps here as requested by the Expensify Support Desk.
We've inputted a new api key from Expensify w/ no changes ... the deactivation feature continues to fail.
Any suggestions on how to fix?

@Corie_Bush1 What exactly are you expecting to see happen when the deactivation signal is sent? This feature will log the user out of their current session. It doesn't remove them from the policy or domain.
