hi there, we have been a loyal customer of Expensify for a few years now, and recently have fallen on hard times resulting in having to shed our staff :(

We dont use the expensify facility any more and Expensify refuse to allow us to cancel before our contract runs out next April. So they continue charging us for 5 users who dont exist.

Reminds me of the heavy handed photocopier sales company approach and not what i expected from Expensify - who model themselves as making their customers lives easier.....

Has anyone else had this rotten treatment?
