I am a co-pilot of another customer. how can i access my client's expense report using API.

The API connection requires it to be set up through a user's primary account and to be a Policy Admin on all policies with which you want the integration to interact with. Due to these requirements the integration cannot be set up in Copilot mode. So the easiest way forward would be to have your Client add you as a Policy Admin to their policies. If this is not possible then a Policy Admin on your client's team will need to set up the connection.
