Transition from paid plan back to free plan

As finance team for a small church, we have found the need to cut cost going into the 2022 budget. I really don't want to go back to paper and excel spread sheets.
1- How do I transition my team of 6 back to the free version from our current plan?
2- Can my current users open a free account under the same email as they have now?

1- Please write into [email protected] so that we can assist with this!
2- Once a user is removed from all Group policies, and assuming they didn't sign up for a subscription of their own, then they will have a free account. No need to close and reopen user accounts.
