CC Transition from one person to another created dupes

Hello! I'm in need of how to resolve transitioning an employee's CC from that person to another. I set a date for the transactions to switch and now there's expenses that are on both the new owner and the former employees expensify. I'm not sure how to resolve this. Thanks!
