Credit Card Sync Issue

We are having issues with our employee Chase credit cards syncing with Expensify. More than half of them have not synced in several weeks. Yesterday I tried to manually push through a sync on all of them but today, there have been no updates. What do I try next?

My Amex card isn’t syncing anymore - it stopped in October, When i logged in to see the credit card on file the account number didn’t make sense and i couldn’t delete it enter a new one to replace the bogus number
