FAQ: Expensify Card Auto Reconciliation isn't working with Xero

When originally creating the Liability and Bank accounts to complete the auto reconciliation process, we rely on the system to match and recognize those accounts created. You can't make any changes or we will not “find” those accounts.
If you had changed the accounts, it's an easy fix - just rename them -
- Internal Account Code: must be
ExpCardLbl
- Account Type: must be
Bank
