A new employee has created their new expensify account but the info that is populating their new account if from a different employee?
Hey there @ihackett! It sounds like the new employee may have been issued an email address that might have been previously used by a terminated employee, which isn't the best practice here. If they would like to start with a fresh account, they will need to be issued an email address that has never been associated with an Expensify account.
