Cannot Install Sync Manager on Amazon Web Server - Error

Good evening,
We recently migrated to the Amazon Web Server and when trying to install the sync manager I get an error saying "quickbooks desktop is required for this application" while QB is on, logged and running. It has been 7 days since I reached out to concierge with zero help. Has someone ran into this issue before? Please advise!
