Not Able To Edit Anything On Pendrive

Hello everyone. I am facing one serious issue in my Kingston 64GB Pendrive. I am not able to edit anything on it, whenever I try to delete or rename anything, "You’ll need to provide administrator permission to delete this folder" error pops up. Does anyone have any idea why I am facing this kind of issue? Kindly help me to solve my issue. I will be really grateful to all of you.
