It is unclear if the aicpa membership is for all future years or just one time also not clear if it includes all aicpa membership sections or just the main membership...
The same goes for the CPA certification State fees does that include individual CPAs or firm State registration as well. Is it for just one time or all future years? Does that include all the states where the CPA and or the firm is registered or only the home state?
Free CPE credit reimbursement - does that include all CPE credits from all sources that have been paid for or strictly from the aicpa CPE program? Also, does that include aicpa CPE Express subscription and or Webcast Pass CPE subscription or not? Is it a one-time deal or for all future CPE expenses?
Is there a fine print that clearly explains all of these?

The membership is for 2022 and is for the main membership. There is a possibility we extend the benefit past 2022 however this hasn't been 100% decided what this looks like yet.

It includes individual CPA state registration for 2022. We plan to support these reimbursements for 2022 and beyond.

This includes all CPE credits from all sources, meaning we'd provide reimbursement from any source offering CPE credits. We plan to support these reimbursements for 2022 and beyond.
