Can expensify export to two different bank accounts

We have two different bank accounts to export transactions to. Is there a way to set up both accounts so we can export to each?

Within your Settings tab, you have a Domains option. If you don't have access yet, it's because you're not a Domain Admin and you'll need to reach out internally to be made one.
