Why isn't the Expensify Sync Manager working with QB Desktop 2022?

Our QBs' host can't figure it out; Expensify Concierge says it is a known Intuit issue; Intuit is not helpful. Any great ideas?

Hey @judyb6 - I noticed that you already chatted with Concierge about this, so you have the most up-to-date information that we have on this issue. In short (for anyone else who might find this thread), Intuit has been experiencing connection issues with multiple third-party integrations including Expensify with QB2022.
With that said, it looks like we've added you to our internal tracking for this, so as soon as we get new information from Intuit on how to restore the connection we'll let you know.

Is there a way to manual export the reports from Expensify and then import them into QBs as a temporary solution?

You can export reports to a CSV file and then upload those to QB after the fact manually as a stopgap. Along the same lines, you can also create a custom CSV template that maps the fields you want to export from Expensify to QB.

How about the other way - syncing from QB 2022, so that Expensify imports our most recent project codes? So that our users can select the correct project codes to assign their various expenses. Is there a workaround for that?

@DougFischer The issue is due to the connection option itself, which would include syncing from either direction. If you've had trouble connecting, please email us at [email protected] or use the in-app chat so that we can take a look at your connection specifically in case we can offer more detail.
