Weekly reminder emails are back!
Good news coming your way! Our weekly reminder emails are back in action and users will now be notified every Monday if they have outstanding reports that need their attention.
- Managers can now rely on notifications to check the reports that still need approval
- Employees will be sent reminders if there are reports waiting to be submitted
- The Preferred Reimburser on the policy is notified if reports are still waiting to be reimbursed
A list of reports waiting for your action can also be found in your Inbox, in the mobile app or on the web app.
To make sure that you receive our weekly reminder emails, please head to your Account Settings > Preferences > Email Notifications and enable the “Changes to my trips and report updates” option.
