Subscription costs

Hello,
I am trying to determine if it would be advantageous from a cost standpoint to switch to an annual subscription. The help articles clearly explain the advantages of using your credit card (which we are not and do not intend to switch from our current provider) but the articles are super confusing regarding the cost if you don't use the credit and have an annual subscription. Is it possible to get human to look at our account and tell me what the cost would be? We are actually exploring other options as the cost of Expensify just keeps going up.
Thank you,
Heidi Balus

Hi @Heidibalus,
The annual subscription commitment provides you with a 50% discount vs. the no-commitment Pay Per Use rate. You can also save an additional 50% on your monthly bill, simply by adopting the Expensify Card for at least 50% of your USD spend.
With the annual commitment subscription you don't have to also use the Expensify Card. You'll get the first 50% discount for that commitment regardless. You'll simply save an additional 50% by also using the card.
