A welcome update to ExpensifyApproved! billing!

Back in January, we announced our incredible CPA Card. We foreshadowed this with some changes our ExpensifyApproved! Community has been asking for, for a long time. In addition to monthly settlement, CPE credit reimbursement, and free premium upgrades for your firm, we’ve now fully rolled out $9/seat flat fees for clients with no annual commitment required.

No more annual subscriptions

This has been one of the most requested features from our ExpensifyApproved! Community, so from the May 1st bill onwards, ExpensifyApproved! Accountants and their clients no longer need to worry about inactive annual seats or setting subscription sizes.

Unlike a business adopting Expensify internally, an ExpensifyApproved! accountant may see their active users increase or decrease fluidly as clients move away, change systems, take over their own billing or become less active without any say from the ExpensifyApproved! owner in Expensify.

That’s a hassle you don’t need while managing your client's expenses, bills, and invoices. Now, we only count active users, period, for paid policy subscriptions.

Easily onboard with ExpensifyApproved! accountants

Previously, everybody who had to affiliate themselves with an ExpensifyApproved! accountant discount needed to remember to apply a code to their account, hidden deep within their account settings. We handle that all for you now - if you’re an ExpensifyApproved! accountant, you get this change automatically.

If you’re a client, all you need to do is make sure your ExpensifyApproved! accountant is set as a policy admin on your policies or domain admin on your domain, and you also get this change automatically.
