How to obtain prior Expensify subscription invoices after taking over as Billing Owner?

I took over as billing owner from our company's co-founder and was told by Concierge that due to "privacy concerns" that prior invoicing could not be shared with me, which makes absolutely zero sense. If the previous billing owner were to be terminated, would I just be out of luck? I need assistance obtaining copies of all 2022 invoices. Please let me know if Expensify can assist.

Hey there, @mabertram! Thanks for reaching out! There isn't a way to grant visibility into another user's account, which is where those post billing receipts are stored prior to you becoming the Billing Owner. The only way to get visibility into those receipts would be directly from the previous Billing Owner.
That said, the receipts themselves should be created in the Billing Owner's account and, if they are placed on a report, should be visible to any policy admin of the policy under which the report has been submitted. Can you give that a try?

The billing statements were never placed on a report as the charges came into our financial system via feed from the banking system. Guess I'm just out of luck on this one....

While I can't post any private details here, I did a bit of searching and it does look like the previous billing owner has quite a few Expensify billing receipts on a report. I'd recommend re-engaging with Concierge so we can guide both you and the previous owner to get this sorted out.
