we wanna use the free plan my questions are:

Can I add unlimited members?

Is the free plan trial? or can we use it forever?

Do you have an overview of what is all in the freeplan because on the internet i can not find a good information for example how many expenses can we upload? is there also a limit on free plan?

Yes, you can add unlimited members to a Free Workspace. The Free Workspace is not a trial, it's free as long as you use it.
