The snips of my receipts have stopped showing up in expensify, what to do?

I have never had a problem with placing the snips in a folder and the retrieving when I complete my expense report, but for some reason this week the snips don't show up when I go to attach a receipt in Expensify. Attached is example of what I have been using but now they won't show up.
