Receipt Link for Exporting Reports

When exporting multiple reports using the CSV export option, the actual receipt image is not exported, but rather a link to each receipt is exported. Can someone without an Expensify account access that link or do you have to have an existing Expensify account to be able to open the link and access the original receipt?
