How do I update the role of a user by using the users updater API?

I was following this guide:

and I while I was able to update their managers I was not able to update their roles by adding the role on the CSV, is there another way to do it? Because it didn't matter how I sent the fields it just wouldn't take it.

Also... it is responding me with a 666 response code even though it does perform the requested updates except for the role
