Can I keep the Reports if I delete a policy?

There's a policy that's no longer needed but I don't want to lose the the reports that are under it. I've deleted a policy before and it seems like I've lost the reports that were in that policy. Is there a way to "archive" them under a different policy, or do I just have to "archive" the policy?

Hi @Alreadyhere - When you delete a policy, you will still have access to reports shared with you that are Approved, Reimbursed, or Closed. I'd recommend confirming that and then you will be safe to delete a policy you no longer need.
