People who have left the company
I sent out emails to people who have left the company. Their email account is still active on our server. I have all the invitations that I sent. Is there a way I can click on the invitation and get into their old account so that I can put it under the Hoffer Plastics Policy and then access their receipts. Thanks.

I'm guessing concierge can help you with this better than a forum user. I was able to reset a users password and gain access by sending out an invite, so hopefully that works for you? As a precaution, I setup co-pilot access for all of my direct reports.

@lisacurrie487_500 I recommend reaching out to your IT team for help with accessing the email inboxes for the terminated employees. Once you have access you will be able to see the password reset emails and get into the employee Expensify accounts.
