I am trying to sync Expensify with QuickBooks Desktop and getting an error message that says the "QuickBooks file was not found". I have never had this issue before and I'm not sure how to fix it.

I'm guessing concierge will help with that. I got this error once during a recent string of sync errors with QBD. Seems like the connection is iffy at times. The quickbooks file was open in that case, but expensify couldn't "find" it. Not expensify's problem though.
