Download multiple reports in PDF Format

It is a pain to have to download each report (and even that is a three step process- open it, details and then download) individually if you need it in PDF format. Please make it possible to select multiple reports at one time and then download them in PDF format (as multiple PDF reports).

    Hi @Sal Expensify is designed primarily to use on-screen. We don't have any plans to add this feature, but we do have a record on file now. It may surprise you to know that it's not a very common request.

    Dragging this up as it's a major concern for us as well and a major time suck. We are required to keep a copy of all receipts for 7 years. As Expensify can only provide a link to the accounting software, we REQUIRE a copy on our servers should something happen to the backup on Expensify. Having to manually download each report manually is very cumbersome.

    For an individual or very small business this may not be an issue, but if looking to attract customers with many users (we have on average 15-20), this feature would be appreciated. It would be ideal if the pdf report could be added as an attachment and not just a link to the accounting software but would accept bulk download as an alternative option.
