Advanced Employee Updater changes does not reflect in server

Usually the AEU works just fine, but 1 user reported not being able to access his policy. I checked and he is indeed missing on the policy the AEU tried to add him on.
What's weird is that the AEU's response was as if the process was completed successfully:
"updatedEmployeesCount": 1,
"responseCode": 200
Nevertheless when using the Get policy (Employees) command - the user is not there.
I have verified that dry run is false and tried to re-run it.
Again - AEU response is as if the change was made, but Get policy command shows the user is not on the policy.
Any advice?

Hi @humusuzi!
Can you write into chat using the app so we can have a closer look directly into your account and give information specific to your setup?

Hi !
Does anybody have an insight please?

Hi @humusuzi - I recommend reachout out to Concierge via the in-product messenger so that we can look into your specific company's setup.

Thank you @Sasha,
I am afraid reaching out to Concierge was the first thing I did. It replied that they do not provide support for the Advanced Employee Updater and referenced me to ask in the Expensify Community.
Kinda looping here 😓
Would appreciate further assistance !
