Anyone else unable to sync to QB Desktop?

The sync manager has not been working in our QuickBooks Desktop environment for at least 10 days. Anyone else had such an issue recently and how was it resolved?

Conciergebot has been telling me the engineers are working on it for quite some time. Is there some other way to get help that I am missing?
